OXUS Analytics

Reporting built for how you run the business

OXUS brings your marketing and revenue data together, cleans it, and builds a web reporting system around the decisions your team makes. You get login access, plus ongoing support as your data, processes, and questions change.

From disconnected data to reporting your team can use

We start with the decisions that need better evidence, then build the reporting that supports them. Each step gives the next one clearer inputs and keeps the work tied to the way your business runs.

  1. 1.0

    Map

We start with the questions your team needs the reporting to answer, the systems that hold the data, and the definitions people use today. That gives everyone a practical map of inputs, metrics, and owners before anything is built.

  2. 2.0

    Collect & clean

We bring together advertising, web and product analytics, CRM, sales, and payment records. Then we standardize identifiers, UTM data, and statuses; flag duplicate records; and call out conflicting source values for review.

  3. 3.0

    Build & review

We turn the cleaned records into a data model and web report. With the people responsible for the numbers, we review joins, definitions, totals, and edge cases before the team relies on the output.

  4. 4.0

    Support & update

We support the reporting after it is in use. When source systems, processes, or business questions change, we update the model and report with your team.

Built around how your team measures the business

This is not a template dashboard. OXUS Analytics is a web BI and reporting system shaped around your processes, business definitions, and reporting cadence. Your team uses it in a browser with login-based access.

The interface reflects the way your team already reviews performance instead of squeezing every business into the same set of tabs.

What the reporting can bring together

When the underlying data is available, the reporting can put these layers side by side:

Spend & campaigns

Media spend, campaign structure, and delivery data from the advertising platforms in scope.

Web & product events

Visits, form submissions, product actions, and other agreed behavior events.

CRM stages

Raw leads, qualification stages, and the status changes used by your commercial team.

Sales

Recorded sales and the business entities needed to link them back to acquisition activity.

Payments

Payment records tied to the relevant customer, order, or purchase flow.

Revenue & margin, when available

Revenue and margin, when the necessary source fields are available and the business definitions are agreed.

Examples of reporting questions

The system can be shaped around questions like these, depending on the data available and the way your business measures results.

How does marketing spend relate to revenue?

The reporting can link advertising spend with applications, decisions, and funded products or volumes recorded downstream. It makes the path from acquisition activity to commercial result easier to review without assuming every funnel works the same way.

Where do leads become qualified conversations?

CRM records and UTM data separate a submitted form from a conversation the team defines as qualified. That gives marketing and sales a clearer handoff to review.

How do marketing activity, site activity, and payments connect?

The reporting brings together advertising, web and product events, checkout, and payment records while keeping the source logic needed to interpret each stage.

FAQ

Is this a template dashboard?

No. We build the data model and reporting around your processes, definitions, and questions. We may reuse engineering patterns, but not a generic dashboard structure.

Do we need to replace our current systems?

Usually not. OXUS connects the advertising, analytics, CRM, sales, and payment tools you already use. If a source cannot reliably provide the needed records, we document that limitation rather than hide it.

What if our data is incomplete or inconsistent?

We review the data as part of the work, clean what can be cleaned, and make clear where the reporting has limits.

How do people access the report?

Your team uses the reporting system in a browser with login access.

What happens after launch?

We continue supporting the reporting and update it as your data, processes, and reporting needs change.
